During the installation wizard don't include the short survey or at least allow users to opt out.

Add the ability to author. Improve navigational abilities to expand the contents of folders so that sub folders can be loaded.

Uncheck the 'Add an icon to Windows Quick Launch' during the installation wizard.

Actually you can opt out of the survey, just refuse to fill it in and after a few request screens the installation proceeds as nornal. :)

Improve the GUI by adding skins so that the user could choose what the GUI will look like.

Have the ability to create iso images as the program advertises. It simply does not work..
